Reading and sharing Offraviax

Read Offraviax, bookmark it, forward a page to whoever shares your hotel room. Mass copying, republishing our wording under another name and anything meant to disrupt the site are off limits.

Who may read

Offraviax is aimed at adults: at least 18, or 21 where local rules put venues like these behind that higher threshold.

Entries inform, they do not advise

Entries record rooms and leisure amenities at each Las Vegas resort as Offraviax editors understood them on the stated revision date. Offraviax sells nothing and counsels no one; rates, availability, check-in age and house rules must be confirmed with the property itself.

The Cosmopolitan and referral fees

Nevada Property 1 LLC runs The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and that alone explains its first position; editors choose the order of the other nine. Certain links can bring Offraviax a commission, as detailed in the affiliate disclosure.

Resorts and services outside Offraviax

Offraviax accepts no responsibility for linked resorts, reservation services or outside websites. That covers shifts in nightly rates, daily resort fees, deposits, cancellation rules and room availability. Whatever agreement governs your stay is between you and the resort or service that took the booking.

Intellectual property of Offraviax

Offraviax wording, layout, emblem and monogram panels are the publisher's property. Every hotel name belongs to its trademark holder and shows up on Offraviax only as a pointer to the right building. Those monograms were drawn by Offraviax and are not official hotel marks.

Offraviax subject matter

In one line, what Offraviax is for: Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling. Offraviax repeats this in every footer.

Limits on Offraviax liability

Where law permits, Offraviax is not answerable for damage traced to trusting its pages, or to downtime. Any consumer safeguard your own legislature makes mandatory survives this clause intact.

Governing law: Nevada

Nevada statutes govern these terms, alongside whatever federal rules of the United States apply. Nevada courts hold jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules in your home country entitle you to a different court.
