The company behind the wall

Offraviax belongs to Nevada Property 1 LLC (dba The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas), 3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89109. That company runs The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the resort hung first here. Since 2022 the Cosmopolitan has been operated within MGM Resorts International, and its land and buildings sit with a separate investor group. Editors read contact@offraviax.com.

Why the Cosmopolitan hangs first

Placement at the top reflects ownership of the operating business, full stop. Nobody tested the Cosmopolitan against the other nine and declared it ahead, so please do not read the top position that way. Each night booked there earns revenue for our publisher, the resort's operator, regardless of whether a referral tag was attached to your click.

Where Offraviax revenue comes from

Hotel buttons on Offraviax can be tagged by referral partners. Should a Las Vegas stay get reserved through one, that partner might pass Offraviax a fee, while your nightly rate stays exactly what the hotel charges anyone. Separately, stays at the Cosmopolitan bring money to its operator, our publisher. Both streams are spelled out in the affiliate disclosure.

How Offraviax picks and orders hotels: methodology and selection criteria

Positions two through ten go only to Las Vegas Valley resorts with bookable guest rooms that are open today. Our editors then weigh:

• Rooms: layout, outlook and whether each room category is honestly explained on the hotel's site.
• Leisure: spa, pools, places to eat and performance venues under the same roof.
• Setting: what lies on foot from the lobby, plus the ride from Harry Reid International.
• Openness: whether daily resort fees, deposits and check-in ages appear before checkout.

Offraviax publishes no grades or numeric marks. Room tallies, nightly prices and dates appear only when certain. Gaming areas are excluded from the assessment altogether.

What our editors lean on

Each Offraviax entry draws on the property's official website, its published house policies and solid public reporting, cross-checked. When a point stays unconfirmed, the entry flags it or tells you to ask the front desk.

Fixing mistakes: our corrections policy

Found something out of date? Email contact@offraviax.com, quoting the Offraviax sentence that looks wrong. Our editor checks that against the hotel's own material, rewrites the entry when warranted and moves the revision date forward. Hotels are welcome to flag factual slips; a better position, however, is never for sale.
