Who controls your data
Personal data handled on offraviax.com is controlled by Nevada Property 1 LLC, 3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Send privacy matters to privacy@offraviax.com.
Information Offraviax gathers
- Connection details: IP address; the town or region that IP roughly points to; the user agent string; requested Offraviax URLs plus timestamps.
- Your emails: whatever name, address, subject and body text you choose to send us via the contact draft.
- Cookie switches: the on or off state of each category, saved inside your browser's local storage.
Purposes
- Running Offraviax safely and keeping it online (legitimate interest).
- Analytics: summed-up counts of which Offraviax pages draw readers (consent).
- Marketing: letting referral partners attribute a Las Vegas hotel booking to Offraviax (consent).
- Answering your emails (legitimate interest, or steps you asked for).
Third parties that receive data
Our hosting company and our measurement vendor handle connection details for Offraviax under contract. Flip the advertising switch on and Offraviax referral partners receive a click identifier, which they later pair with any reservation you make. Once you land on a resort website, that resort's own privacy terms govern. Offraviax never sells email correspondence.
Some Offraviax vendors sit outside your country, several in the US. Where the law demands it, Offraviax backs such transfers with approved contract clauses or equivalent protections.
How long Offraviax keeps things
Raw access logs: deleted within 90 days. Summed-up analytics: kept no longer than 26 months. Email threads: retained while the exchange continues, then two further years maximum. Cookie switches: one year, then Offraviax asks you again.
If you are in Europe or the UK (GDPR)
Where European or British data law reaches you, Offraviax will on request show you your records, fix them, erase them, pause their use, or hand them over as a machine-readable file. You may also push back against anything Offraviax does on legitimate-interest grounds, and withdraw any consent given; what happened before withdrawal remains lawful. Offraviax can also be reported to the data regulator of your home country.
California residents: CCPA/CPRA
If California law protects you, you may find out from Offraviax what personal information about them exists here and why, have it amended or removed, narrow how sensitive details get used, and say no to Offraviax handing data to partners for advertising that follows them across other sites. Offraviax reads a GPC header as exactly that refusal, switching advertising cookies off automatically. Nobody gets poorer treatment from Offraviax for invoking California law.
Under-18 readers
Offraviax writes for grown-up travellers. Under-18s should not send us personal information, and Offraviax does not knowingly keep any; if one has emailed Offraviax anyway, alert us and that email gets wiped.
Exercising a right with Offraviax
Email privacy@offraviax.com naming the right you want to exercise. We might verify identity first, then reply inside the statutory window.
